How it works
Clianta detects the reply
During periodic inbox checks, Clianta scans for unread messages from your leads.
AI generates a response
The AI reads the full conversation history and your AI persona, then writes a reply.
Enabling auto-reply
Three things must be configured for auto-reply to work:- Enable AI — turned on in your group’s Outreach tab under AI Configuration
- Auto-Reply — enabled in the AI Auto-Reply section of the Outreach tab
- AI Persona — configured in the same Outreach tab so the AI knows who to be
Inbox check frequency
Control how often Clianta checks for new replies in your group settings:| Setting | Default | Range |

Conversations per check
Each inbox check processes 5–8 conversations. Sessions are capped at 20 minutes to keep activity natural. If there are more unread conversations than can fit in one session, they’ll be handled in the next check.Fast reply detection
When Clianta sends the initial DM, it watches the conversation for 30 seconds. If the lead replies within that window, the AI sends one immediate response — so hot leads aren’t left waiting until the next inbox check.Stop conditions
The AI stops replying to a lead when any of these happen:| Reason | What happens |

Notifications
When the AI flags a conversation for human handover, you receive:- A Telegram notification with the account name, lead username, and reason (if Telegram alerts are configured)
- An in-app notification in your dashboard

Organic inbound replies
Enable Reply to organic inbounds to also respond to DMs from people who aren’t in your lead pipeline. When someone messages you first, Clianta creates a lead record automatically and starts the AI conversation.Configurable limits
