Scheduling controls when Clianta sends DMs, runs warmup, and checks your inbox. Outside your working hours, all automation pauses.

Working hours

Set the daily time window when automation is active:

Overnight schedules work too — setting 22:00 to 06:00 runs automation through the night.

Timezone

Choose which clock your working hours follow:

Proxy timezone (default)Uses the timezone of your account’s proxy. A New York proxy means 9–5 Eastern Time.
Computer timezoneUses your local machine’s clock.
Proxy timezone is recommended. It ensures your account’s activity matches the location Instagram sees.

Send strategies

Control how DMs are paced during your working hours:
During ramp-up, the send strategy is automatically set to Smart Distribute regardless of your setting.

Daily counters reset at midnight based on your selected timezone (proxy or computer).

Rest days

Every 5–8 days, each account automatically takes a rest day — no outbound DMs are sent, and warmup activity is reduced. This mimics natural behavior and requires no configuration.

  • Account level — Account Settings → Scheduling (overrides group settings for this account)
