|---|---|
| Start time | 09:00 |
| End time | 17:00 |

Send strategies
Control how DMs are paced during your working hours:- Smart Distribute (Recommended)
- Fixed Delay
Spreads DMs evenly across your working hours. If you have a limit of 20 DMs in an 8-hour window, Clianta spaces them roughly 24 minutes apart.Best for most users — creates the most natural-looking sending pattern.
During ramp-up, the send strategy is automatically set to Smart Distribute regardless of your setting.
Daily limits
| Limit | Scope | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Per-account daily cap | Per profile | 35 DMs |
| Per-hour hard cap | Per profile | 10 DMs |
| Minimum gap between DMs | Per profile | 7 minutes |
| Workspace cap (Free) | All accounts combined | 10 DMs |
| Workspace cap (Scale) | All accounts combined | 250 DMs |
| Workspace cap (Power) | All accounts combined | Unlimited |
Rest days
Every 5–8 days, each account automatically takes a rest day — no outbound DMs are sent, and warmup activity is reduced. This mimics natural behavior and requires no configuration.Where to configure
- Group level — Group Settings → Working Hours / Send Strategy / Daily Limits
- Account level — Account Settings → Scheduling (overrides group settings for this account)
