If Instagram suspends one of your accounts, Clianta detects it automatically, stops all automation for that account, and notifies you.

What happens automatically

When a suspension is detected:
  1. All pending automation jobs for the account are canceled
  2. The account is marked as suspended in your dashboard
  3. A red “Account Suspended” banner appears in the account settings
  4. A “Suspended” badge shows on the account’s profile card
  5. You receive a notification (in-app, and via Telegram if configured)
No action from you is required to stop automation — it halts immediately.

How to reactivate

1

Check your account on Instagram

Open Instagram directly (not through Clianta) and check if the suspension has been lifted. Follow any instructions Instagram gives you.
2

Open account settings in Clianta

Find the suspended account and open its settings. You’ll see the red “Account Suspended” banner.
3

Click Reactivate

Choose your reactivation mode:
  • New account warmup (recommended) — Resets warmup to day 1 with the safest template and allows DMs after warmup progresses
  • Warmup only — Only runs browsing activity with zero DMs until you manually enable sending
4

Reconnect if needed

If your session expired during the suspension, you may need to log in again via the desktop browser or re-enter your credentials.
Always use the Safe template after a suspension. Jumping back to high-volume sending immediately risks another flag.

Prevention tips

Never skip warmup ramp-up for new accounts. The 7–14 day investment dramatically reduces ban risk.
Static residential proxies from reputable providers are far less likely to trigger flags than datacenter or shared proxies.
More DMs doesn’t always mean more results. Stay within the recommended limits, especially for newer accounts.
Accounts with verified phone numbers get fewer security challenges and are treated more favorably.
Personalized messages with placeholders and multiple variants look more natural than sending the exact same text to everyone.
