Cloud mode requires the Scale or Power plan.
Prerequisites
Before moving to cloud, make sure:- Your account is logged in and working (test by launching the browser)
- A proxy is configured and tested
- Your plan supports cloud automation
Moving a browser-login account to cloud
If you originally logged in via the desktop browser:1
Add your credentials (recommended)
Go to the account’s General tab and enter your Instagram username, password, and 2FA secret key. This is recommended so the cloud can log in automatically when sessions expire.
2
Click Move to Cloud
In the same General tab, click Move to Cloud. Your desktop session is uploaded securely to the cloud servers.
3
Wait for the handoff
The profile shows “Moving to cloud” while the session is being transferred. This usually takes under a minute.
4
Verify
Once the status shows “Cloud Mode,” your account is running on cloud servers. Check the Activity tab to confirm automation is active.
Moving a credentials-based account to cloud
If you entered credentials directly, cloud mode is enabled as part of the connection process. No additional steps needed - the cloud starts managing the account immediately. What changes after moving to cloud
Using desktop after moving to cloud
You can still use the desktop app to:- Open the browser manually for posting, checking DMs, or browsing
- View activity logs and lead status
- Update settings (changes sync to cloud automatically)
Moving back to desktop
You can take a profile back to desktop at any time:- Go to the account’s General tab
- Click Move to desktop
- Wait for the handoff to complete
